All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. We typically ship same-day orders placed by 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday, as our carriers do not operate on weekends.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
West Coast: Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
East Coast: Orders generally take 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

My order says it was delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
We highly recommend checking with your local carrier to see if the package was delivered to a neighbor, alternate PO box, or mailbox. If you're still unable to locate your package, please email us , and we will open a case with the carrier to assist in locating it.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
